VMC, roads department ask the lord for money
VIJAYAWADA: Two civic authorities here have decided to seek a loan from the lord himself.
The Vijayawada Municipal Corporation (VMC) wants a Rs 12-crore soft loan from the Sri Durga Malleswara Swamy Devasthanam to fund the projects it is planning in time for the Krishna Pushkarams next year.
